Shipping & Returns

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted on ALL products.  However, all returns must be postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must be included with your return.

REFUNDS:

Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods. Please allow 5 business days to receive your exchange/refund. To keep you informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.

Your return will usually be processed within a week. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If your item arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, email us within 15 days from the date your order arrives.Please notify Uno Atelier about an issue with your purchase along with a photo of the fault.
